The refurbsihment is now completed and this compact piano is ready for imediate delivery.  This lovely Welmar upright piano was built in 1954. The piano has been refurbished including new damper felts, action screws, and key bushings. The piano is tuned to concert pitch. The cabinet has been cleaned and the scratches and dame has beed repaired but it still has some age related damage which has been reduced so is not obvious.
