Kawai KL502 upright piano from 1982.   This piano has been refurbished with new bass strings and new damper felts and new damper heads in the bass.
Kawai are the finest piano makers in Japan and the KL uprights are a fine example of the skilled crafts people and the attention to detail they give every piano.
This piano originally came from Brisbane and the extreme humidity took its toll on the bass strings making the very bottom notes dull and corrosion stained the damper felts. 
But with new strings the piano has jumped back to life and for good measure I replaced the damper felts.
