"Our local piano shop told me that that my piano was beyond repair but I found Toby who literally saved my piano"

(Virginia Water)
Pianos are mechanical instruments and overtime the tiny felt bushings start to wear away and felt hammers become worn eventually parts start to break and fail. I have had all sorts of repairs to undertake from snapped legs to sticking keys even making entire new parts to match as best as I can.

Thankfully I was extremely lucky to have not only gone to The London College of Furniture and work at Steinway & Sons where I learnt about the modern piano under great master technicians but I also got to work under other specialist master craftsman who taught me about older and rarer instruments.
Today these older pianos often have more sentimental value than monetary value which I also fully understand so I will not just walk away or bully you to buy a new piano but instead will aim to find a happy medium when a piano is a family heirloom. But sometimes this is not always possible or practical.
