Once the form has been sent Toby Johnson from Runnymede Pianos will be in direct contact. The non refundable finding fee of £150 is payable upfront and in paying this fee you have committed to asking Runnymede Pianos to find you a piano. If you then decide to purchase a piano from elsewhere you still pay the fee as time will have been spent sourcing potential pianos for you look at. Once Runnymede Pianos has found a piano and you wish to purchase it, upon confirming its availability (private sellers can be unpredictable) you will be required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit, in the case of white cream and plexiglass pianos the full asking price will be required upfront.

The purchased piano will initially be delivered to the Runnymede Pianos workshop to be checked over and worked on and is the property of Runnymede Pianos until final payment has been made. Once the piano is ready you will be invited to come to the workshop and inspect the piano, once you are happy with the completed piano the remainder of the payment is to be made in full the piano is then your property and Runnymede Pianos will put you in direct contact with the piano movers to arrange delivery to best suit you.
The price of the piano includes ground floor delivery within 50 miles of Woking along with one after delivery tuning, again within 50 miles of Woking. Further milage for the delivery and tuning is chargeable.

Some pianos will be sourced via other reputable piano restorers or trusted dealers. In these cases if you choose to purchase this piano then Runnymede Pianos will put you in direct contact with the vendor and you will now be buying from them directly and not Runnymede Pianos, in these cases there will be no further payment or commitment with Runnymede Pianos after the finding fee of £150. In these cases the delivery and tuning is the responsibility of the vendor within their terms of sale and not Runnymede Pianos.
